The Brownhills Group have launched an ambitious and extensive programme of customer service improvements across their six UK sites. The company, which is the UK's largest motor home retailer, is under new management who are determined to change some of the perceptions people have of the organisation, ensuring the company is first class in every aspect of its business.

The team are aware that they have their work cut out and want to reassure all their customers that they have the energy and commitment to improve service levels. The Company grew so quickly in the last two years that it became the victim of our own success. They recognize that this is no excuse for not ensuring our most valuable asset, our customers, receive the service they would expect from such a prestigious company.

Brownhills are aware of the improvements that need to be made and we have a seven-point plan to enhance our business over the coming months.

Questions are inevitable, especially from people new to motor homing – this website now hosts a contact ticket system on the home page which is an open opportunity to ask questions when customers can't find answers elsewhere - we will always try to help.
Get to the bottom of current product issues with the motor home manufacturers and thereby work to ensure that the product is right in the first place.
Improve our after sales performance and aim to deliver excellent aftercare. We also seek to resolve customer issues quickly.
Improve parts availability by working closely with the suppliers to improve the generally poor industry parts performance.
Achieve a user friendly website that is easy to navigate. Adding a frequently asked questions page and providing useful motor homing information like weather forecasts and driving tips.
Improve customer satisfaction and retention through our Club Brownhills facility and create a customer focus group by inviting a rotation of 10 or more customers to meet quarterly.
Answer all emails and phone calls within a few hours. Make it easy for our customers to contact us. And be accountable through the ask a question system on the website.

This is a challenging and exciting time in our company's history and we are all delighted to be a part of it.
